DEMECH manufactures High Alumina Ceramic from high purity, fine grain Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3). The necessary forming is done in its pre-sintered phase. Then products are sintered in a kiln at a temperature about 1450 °C.

The resulting products are dense, durable and wear resistant having hardness of 9 MOH.

Standard Flat Tiles of Square & Rectangular Shape having thickness of 6 to 50 mm, with or without central hole are available.

Also, available are Curved Tiles of thickness 20 to 25 mm used for Pulverized Fuel Bends
